Exchanges


Exchanges will be processed only for like items. Simply complete contact form within 30 days from purchase and we’ll happily exchange it provided the item is in stock and the original has not been washed, worn, used or altered (for items that are shrink wrapped, the original shrink wrap must still be in tact). On contact form include the original invoice number and mark the size and/or color you wish to replace it with. If you wish to exchange an item with an altogether different product, simply purchase the new item and return the original (see the Return policy below).

Returns


All returns/refunds must be within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, used or altered (for items that are shrink wrapped, the original shrink wrap must still be in tact). Keep in mind that we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Downloadable products are non-refundable and may not be returned.

Items may be returned for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee less shipping costs. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is not available, we reserve the right to issue a check to be mailed to the original billing address. Customers will be refunded for the total order amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your return has been approved for refund. Upon approval, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
